As G+ is gaining importance in terms of ranking, how do we handle multiple languages in G+? - Create one G+ page/profile for every language? (i.e. "Jane Do german" & "Jane Do french)" - Use one G+ page/profile and post in multiple languages? (i.e. German & French posts on one and the same page) - any other strategy?
